Where do health teachers buy those real baby dolls from?

Q: I would like to know where those health teacher's usually buy those real life baby dolls .Cause when I was in HS we had to take those babies home and they would cry etc. Anyone know any websites or anywhere I can get them thank you and God Bless You All.

There are various companies that supply schools with all sorts of supplies, including those dolls. I actually came across them in an official school district catalog the other day.
