Q: how old do baby guinea pigs have to be to sell them to the pet shops???

A: 12 weeks is the normal age however some people sell them when they are only just 4 weeks old. But it is a good idea to keep them longer since they are only babys, so just in case something goes wrong i would keep them longer

about 4 weeks? guessing from the ones I owned and when they started eating on their own. I've bought babies before and I figure that's how old they were..
