An 8 year old boy told the director of a school in St. Paul that something was wrong with her mother. She was too drunk or too high for lead, the child said, according to a criminal complaint filed Monday.
Tina Marie Ramirez blood alcohol level was 0.30, almost four times the legal limit of 0.08 disc in Minnesota, one hour after the police first approached, the complaint said.
The City Attorney's office in St. Paul is accused Ramirez, 44, of St. Paul with two counts of felony second-degree driving while impaired.

You should probibly call and ask. The problem with daycades is rates go up or down dramatically depending on the season (summer or school) and often times other varibles such as how many they are allowed to take that particular semseter (by state law depending on how many teachers they have at the daycare facility).
