How can i look like a cute little doll with makeup?

Q: i already have round eyes, cute little smile, my skintone is a honey tan looking color. i don't wear foundation, so no foundations please.<3
any makeup tips on how i can improve the dolly look? i wanna look like a cute little dolly :D

A: if you have dark circles under your eye, conceal them, if you don't use foundation but your skin is perfect anyway that's fine...
use eyeliner, on top lids use liquid or gel eyeliner, (bobbi brown and max factor has a good one) extend your eyeliner out and do a little cat wing/flick at the end to make your eyes seem bigger.

bright bubblegum pink blusher on the apples of your cheeks.
Loads of mascara to open up your eyes on top and bottom eyelashes
and a soft pink lipgloss.

-false eyelashes (optional)
-mascara on top and bottom
-curl hair
-wear ribbons or cute headbands
