Q: I would like to make clothing for the doll I recently purchased, but cannot find patterns. Anything can help, even just clothing ideas. But the patterns are what I really want.

As I said in your other question, they are not ball jointed dolls. Re patterns - you can probably use Barbie patterns though you may need to make some adjustments.

Here are the approximate measurements of some other small dolls you might be able to find patterns for:
