The June 23 edition of “TV Patrol” carried a report revealing the details of Kim's multi-million, multi-layered house in Quezon City.

The young star, it seems, wants a very functional abode that has a  mini-theater, make-up salon, modern kitchen, entertainment area and playroom.  Her siblings have their own rooms in the very modern house.
